Free International Shipping and tracking

Delivery Estimate:
  • US, UK, CA, AUS - 10 to 25 Days (from shipment date)
    Items not delivered within 30 days may be eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
  • Other International Locations - 3 to 4 weeks (from shipment date)
    Items not delivered within 45 days may be eligible for a full refund or reshipment.

    Note: Order Processing Time is 5 to 7 days. All our products are printed and packed on-demand. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

  • Tracking

    Customers from the US, UK, CA and AUS will be given a tracking number with destination tracking. This number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

    Other international customers will not have Final Destination Tracking, however if you do not receive your item within 45 days from dispatch, you will be eligible for a full refund or reshipment.Please note: If your order tracking displays your order as "Delivered", please contact your local post office for further information.

  • DESIGN FOOT will not provide refunds or reshipments on items which are confirmed as Delivered.

  • Order Modifications
    If you ordered the wrong size, provided the wrong address or made any other mistake, please let us know within 24 hours. Any orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will not be eligible for a refund or redelivery.

    Order cancellations
    If you placed an order by mistake or simply changed your mind, please contact us within 24 hours. Cancellations after this period will not be acceptable.

    Package Returned To Sender – Wrong Address
    If for some reason your order is returned to us, we will resend your order up to 1 more time free of charge, after address verification. Any additional re shipments will be at your own cost.
  •  DESIGN FOOT will not refund nor assume liability for orders not delivered or returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers. Sellers may request a reshipment attempt but will be responsible for fees associated with additional delivery attempts.
